Natalie Mills serves as Communications Manager for the Together Achieving Dreams Foundation, where she helps expand TAD’s outreach through strategic media and marketing initiatives. Drawing on her background in Child Development and Speech Pathology from BYU-Idaho, Natalie brings a unique perspective on growth, learning, and communication to her work.

Before joining TAD, she worked in the Recreational Vehicle and Insurance industry, where she developed strong organizational and communication skills. Deeply passionate about making a lasting difference, Natalie is inspired by her baby girl, who motivates her to pursue work that creates impact for this and future generations.

Connecting with others and learning their journeys is at the heart of everything Natalie does. She believes true impact begins with meaningful connection which is something she witnesses every day through both TAD’s students and leadership. Inspired by Kathryn Webster’s leadership and the drive of those breaking barriers, Natalie is dedicated to helping TAD share its story and amplify its mission to empower the next generation of blind and low-vision leaders.
