Syed Rizvi

Vice President

Syed Rizvi is a 2024 JD candidate at Harvard Law School, where he was recognized as a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow. Upon graduation, he will be joining Vinson & Elkins LLP, the world’s leading energy law firm. Syed grew up in Massachusetts, later earning his BA from UT Austin as the Dean’s Distinguished Graduate. As an advisor for Diversity Lab, Syed participated in the development of the first ever nationwide Law Firm Disability Inclusion Commitments, which have been adopted by the country’s largest firms and in-house legal departments. He currently serves as the Law Firm Relations Chair for the Harvard Disabled Law Students Association, a leader in the National Federation of the Blind, and an advisor to the Law School Admissions Council. Syed has a decade of experience working with TAD’s founder, Kathryn Webster, on various blindness initiatives. He served as her Vice President in the National Association of Blind Students, the largest organization promoting independence and confidence for blind students.
